H. Mae LLC matches homeowners with independent, licensed contractors
H. Mae LLC is an Oregon referral and marketing company. We run websites where homeowners describe a home-repair project, and we pass each request to an independent, licensed contractor who works in that trade and area. We also collect and analyze public data on local home-repair costs, building permits and contractor licensing.
We do no construction work. H. Mae LLC is not a contractor. Every job is quoted, contracted and performed by an independent contractor, who sets their own prices and works under their own agreement with the homeowner.

What we run
H. Mae LLC runs 10 brand websites for homes in Oregon, Washington, North Carolina and Florida. Each one covers a single trade in a single metro area: crawl space repair, siding repair and replacement, roofing, decks, kitchen remodeling, stucco and eifs repair, house painting, pool repair and resurfacing.
How we are paid
Homeowners pay nothing to send a request. H. Mae LLC may be compensated by the contractor who receives it. That contractor quotes and performs any work under their own agreement with the homeowner; H. Mae LLC is not a party to it.
What our data work covers
Our brand sites publish local cost ranges, permit rules and licensing guidance. On the sites built from our shared site template, every published price names its public source and the date it was checked. H. Mae LLC does that research, and studies drawn from it will be published on this site with the same sourcing: each number linked to its source with the date it was read, and each estimate labeled as an estimate.
